FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE
All orders are shipped in the UK within 3 business days, if in stock, and will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, which delivers by 1pm the following day.
All orders within the EU are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked and usually take around: 3 – 5 days. USA and Canada & the rest of the world are shipped via DHL Express (3 – 5 days).
All jewels delivered outside the UK may be subject to local import duties and taxes of which you, the customer are responsible.

How do I return an order?
I hope you love your jewellery, but if for any reason you’d like to return something, just let me know.
Returns are accepted on ready-to-ship items if they are:
- Returned within 14 days
- In their original, unworn condition
- Packaged securely with all original packaging
Please note: I incur transaction fees on every order processed. These are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount.
Stripe Payment Fees (2025):
- UK cards (incl. Amex): 1.5% + 20p
- European cards: 2.5% + 20p
- International cards: 3.25% + 20p
Once received and inspected, I’ll happily process your refund. Please note:
- Any return shipping costs are non-refundable
- A £35 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover original packaging, postage and handling costs
As a small, independent maker, I deeply appreciate your understanding.
Important:
I cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage and that your package is sent tracked, signed for, and insured.
