The Maya ethical engagement ring has a warm earthy elegance.  She’s one-of-a-kind and would make a wonderful alternative to the traditional cookie cutter ring you find on the high street.

Set into 18ct Fairtrade gold is a cloudy brown pear-shaped diamond, with swirls of espresso brown and golden flashes of amber light included within.  She’s 1.2 carats and has been set on her side.

I have hammered the gold band and added tiny hand-stamped lines around the central stone to create texture.

This ring is handmade in my studio on the edge of Dartmoor in Devon, United Kingdom.

She is a size K but can be re-sized for no extra cost..

By choosing an ethical ring crafted with Fairtrade gold, you are making a difference in the lives of artisanal small scale miners in Peru, giving them a sustainable future without exploitation.

I donate 2% from the sale of this jewel to environmental and social causes.  Click here for more information.
