The Palomita dove ethical gold earrings are handcrafted with 18ct Fairmined gold and sustainably sourced, olive green, sapphires from Australia.
The first Palomita earrings were made in honour of my daughter Paloma, who was born in Ibiza 18 years ago and I wear them almost everyday. Paloma is the Spanish word for dove and Palomita means ‘Little Dove’. The olive green sapphires are a symbol of the olive branch of peace.
I love how they look equally good from day to night, adding some daytime luxe to jeans and t-shirt or a bit of golden glamour with a little black dress.
These Palomita earrings are part of my Animal Amulets Collection and inspired by the Ancient Egyptians. Doves are the ambassadors of peace, innocence and compassion.
Made with Fairmined gold from small scale miners in Colombia.
