Old mine cut diamonds date back to the 1830’s They were cut for candlelight which makes them sparkle in even in low light. They have a lovely antique look and feel about them. May ring can also be ordered with a CanadaMark diamond, which can be traced back to the mine it came from.
The CanadaMark hallmark program provides independent verification that a diamond is of Canadian origin. Every CanadaMark diamond is: Responsibly mined in Canada’s Northwest Territories; Natural and untreated; Tracked through audited processes at every stage from country of origin to polished stone and comes with a serial number inscribed on the girdle of the diamond, plus a CanadaMark specification card of authenticity.
