The band is a contemporary square shape set with 6 round brilliant diamonds. The gold around the ring has been textured.
Rose cut diamonds were first created in the 16th century and remained popular until the late 1800s.
Hand cut they are flat on the bottom with a series of facets over the top surface. They have an artisanal authentic quality that is sometimes lacking in the popular diamond cuts of today.
The Fairtrade gold is mined from either the SOTRAMI mining community in Peru. Giving the artisanal miners and their families a sustainable future with gold that is produced responsibly.
